MARK YOUR CALENDAR: 

  • Monday, February 21 – No School – Buildings are CLOSED
  • Friday, February 25 – AP Exam Fees DUE by 2:00 pm
  • Tuesday, March 1 – OSAC Deadline
  • Thursday, March 17 – No School for Students – Grading Day
  • Friday, March 18 – No School for Students
  • March 21 – March 25 – No School – SPRING BREAK

SENIORS: Seniors should be attending their Advisory Class to get important information for graduation and to stay on top of the “Graduation Countdown.”

SPRING ATHLETICS: Spring sports begin on Monday February 28th! All athletes must register through FamilyID and have a current sports physical (within 2 years) in order to practice on the 28th. Please visit SheldonIrishAthletics.com and click the “registration” tab at the top to sign up.

ABSENCE REPORTING: Remember to call the Attendance Line for ALL absences and early or late departures at 541-790-6606. If you know your student will be absent for more than 2 days, please fill out the Pre-arranged Absence request form that can be found on the Sheldon website under Parents, Attendance, Forms or in the school office (submit the form to administration at least 5 days in advance of the absence).

ONSITE or ONLINE: Request Learning Location Change for Trimester 3 by Feb. 28 Families of 4J middle and high school students can request a change between in person and online school programs for the third trimester. There are two learning pathways available: attend regular school in person full-time or Eugene Online Academy for asynchronous online learning. The deadline for change requests is Monday, Feb. 28. Please submit a separate form for each student. ONLY complete the form if you want to request a change. Families who want to continue with their student’s current enrollment do not need to respond.
